Hi, I’m Asia White, a mother and a birth and postpartum doula. I graduated from the University of Tennessee with a degree in psychology and child and family studies, which supports my understanding of the emotional, mental, and relational aspects of pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period.

 

After welcoming my own baby in 2023 and experiencing the impact of doula support firsthand, I felt called to support other families in the same way. I take a hands-on, empowering, and realistic approach, with a special passion for breastfeeding and helping mothers feel confident in reaching their birth and postpartum goals.
